first day of xc practice. mccaff put me in lower group so i did 2 toploops then jogged back adn did 1/2 mile.
first one - 9:15 (6:10 pace)
second one - around 9:30-9:40ish (didnt have watch)
did 2 meadowwood loops to keep my mileage up. did then moderate pace. left quad hurt a bit for a sec. felt ok/hard
